If for any reason you aren't 100% happy with our bibs we would like to know, your feedback is valuable to us and we would rather fix the problem and have a satisfied customer. Please use the contact us enquiry form.
If the goods you receive are faulty, we will replace those goods if they are returned to our warehouse within 30 days of purchase free of any shipping expenses.
Please read the care label instruction carefully, if we suspect that they have not been followed correctly and damaged has been caused as a result we will not offer a refund.
We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.
We will process your order within 1 business day following payment in cleared funds. Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day. We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped. Please allow upto 2/3 days for delivery domestically, or 1 week internationally.
